We also understand that although we do our best, we do not always get it right first time, every time. If you are not happy with something we have done, or have an issue or a concern, then please make an appointment to see us.

If this relates to your child, then usually you should speak to the class teacher in the first instance.
If the matter remains unresolved, then please speak to the Head of Provision, Richard Triggs.

It is hoped that the vast majority of issues can be resolved through this process. However, in the unlikely event of us not reaching a mutually satisfactory outcome, then the matter can be dealt with through The Complaints Policy
